Rainbow Ecoscience PHC Training

Sponsored by Trinity Blacklands

Plant healthcare is unlike anything else in the Green Industry and requires specialized tools to perform the work properly. Rainbow Ecoscience in coordination with Trinity Blacklands will come together for this 2 hour lunch and learn. During the time together we will be combining world-class horticultural and arboricultural research with a ground-up understanding of day-to-day operations of running a service company. Attendees will be leaving with knowledge identifying drought situations and leave with a understanding on how to develop a PHC program.

10:45 - 11:30 AM Developing a PHC program.
Cory McCurry, Arborologist, Rainbow Ecoscience

Plant healthcare is an important aspect for many businesses within the green industry. When working with living organisms, we are often tasked to change microclimates accordingly with nature. Limitations often arise, and because of this we are left treating reactively and not preventatively. This presentation will provide insightful information on using a “Tool-box” approach, including appropriate response processes for developing your PHC program.
